Library Cards 
Your RCCD College Card may be used in the Digital Library/Learning Resource Center.
Present your RCCD College Card at the DLLRC 2nd Floor Circulation Desk to activate your library account.


COMMUNITY BORROWERS: You will need a picture ID (Driver's license, or other California picture ID with your current address). You must be a district resident over 16 years of age. The actual library card is free, however, there is a $5.00 activation charge, which validates your card for one academic session. $5.00 is charged for each additional academic session for which the card is activated.

Do not lend your library card. You are responsible for all materials borrowed with your card.

Please notify Admissions & Records as well as the library of any change of name or address.

Community members with an address in the Riverside Community College District (includes Riverside, Norco, Moreno Valley, Corona and nearby vicinities) may apply for a library card at the Circulation Desk. The applicant must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid California identification. There is a $5 per academic session charge to activate a community borrower's card.

The library is not responsible for lost cards. Notify the Circulation staff as soon as you discover that your card is lost, so that we can prevent its use.
